Little Ugly Table Gets New Life

Hi Bloggerettes! Whatchupto?  While yardsaling on Saturday, I bought this pitiful little table that was just begging for help.  So, I made the $5. investment and took it home for some TLC.
Ugly!
But, that's ok because now....

I first sanded it, then painted it with Walmart brand paint.  The color is called "Slate."   I was going to put on a third coat of paint
but I liked the way the brown was coming through.  I then decided to give it some serious shabbing-up.  I sanded it again and put emphasis on the leg edges and the top.

I think it looks pretty good, how about you?

I adore this fabulous pink silk fabric and I think it just screams, "I want to be covered with ruffles and rosettes!"

This lovely is in my Etsy Shop.

                                              ~~hugs~~

Hi Sissie, Thank's for stopping by. Im glad you liked the planters. They are kind of hard to find. But I had noticed when we were in S.C. they were quite expensive. Out here in Ca. they are not to high. Between 250.00-600 a each depending on the style. Have a great day...Julian
