Obesessions!!

Hi Bloggerettes!  I have obsessions.  I am a obsessionista.  I have an obsession for pillows, benches, chairs and ottomans.  I just realized that I have several ottomans, footstools, tuffets or hassocks....whatever you call them.

I'm not even going to tell you what I paid for this sweet tuffet
but I will tell you that it came from Horchow....so need I say more.
Anyway, I've had it for at least 10 years and I never tire of it

This one has a matching chair, see the pink in the fabric.

Love the pear fabric on this one.  Fell in love with it a long time ago too!

Footstool or table????

You've seen this one before....it's in the master bath.

This pretty is in the master closet and is perfect for sitting down to put on your shoes.

So there you have it.  A look at just one of my many obsessions.

What is your current obsession?

~~hugs~~

My obsession? Stuff...just everything in general. I love anything old...love chairs, lamps, dishes, birds, should I go on? So add me to your obsessionista list! I could be the VP!!

Very pretty, Sissie! I think if I counted how many footstools, tuffets or ottomans I have it would be "too many"! Especially since I have made several of them. I think my current obsession is anything with ruffles on it.

These are adorable!! My current obsessions are buttons, antique toolboxes, and finding treasures on the side of the road.

My latest obsession is flea market shopping. It's not a thing, but at least I can find things there.

Ooohh, I love this new word, "Obsessionista" brings all kinds of things to mind! My obsessions seem to rotate and morph, but I do have a thing for small tables, way too many and I just added one more to my list. How many tables can one person need? Good thing your little ottomans are smaller than tables, or you'd be in trouble too! ha ha! love them all!
Oh and the high chair from last post...sooo much sweeter than those modern metal ones. She's such a little cutie.

Debra

Oh my gosh, something ELSE we have in common! But you've got me beat! I have a bench in my master closet, three ottomans in my den, one in my living room. I'll picture them sometime for you! Yours are all so very pretty! And where do you keep the precious bunny table/footstool?

Well, I kinda like your obsession. Had an ottoman obsession of my own going on awhile back. Then redecorated and never got around to recovering them, so I've got a bunch in hiding at the moment. You've inspired me. Now if you'll kindly send me some time.....

I LOVE 'em all Sissie. Especially your little Horchow tuffet! And what a great idea for the dressing room. I have got to do that. I'm tired of trying to balance on one leg, while putting on my shoes!

Hi Sissie, I love your sweet collection of ottomans! Each one is so pretty, the first one is my favorite and I know it had to cost a fortune! My obsession lately is plates, linens, and all things for tablescaping. My house is groaning because I keep bringing in more things, sigh...what's a girl to do? At least my honey doesn't mind one bit. Have a great night, Sissie!

I've a thing for footstools too and I would love to have a couple. You've got a great collection! Isn't it just so comfortable to put the legs up on one? I also like them decorated with a tray and some goodies on it.
My newest obsession are darning mushrooms. I'm not sure if we can talk about an obsession yet since I have only one yet, lol. I bought this one some weeks ago on a flea market and loved it and now I like to have some more :-).

Julia
