Pickin and a Grinnin !!

Hi Bloggerettes!  I just had to show you what I found or should I say picked !   I stopped by the Habitat Resale Store and there she was, sitting right there whispering, "Pssst...Sissie, you know you want me...pick me!  You bet your sweet shapely wicker self I do. Some other lady was eyein her too and I was thinkin I wasn't in the mood to grab her by her hair and wrestle her down to the floor!

So, I paid right away and loaded her into the car!  I was grinnin all the way to the shop.

I didn't have to do one thing to this sweet vanity table and chair, no painting, no sanding, no cleaning.  Love that.
Looks so pretty in my booth.
If no one buys it, it will be all mine...(snarky laugh inserted)

I found this sweet 1970's style french provincial table. Thought it had potential.  I forgot to get a before photo, sorry.  But, I think you can imagine that
mustard gold color that used to be on all of this style furniture in the 70's.  I used Benjamin Moore's color, georgian
green and I like how it turned out.
I love the shape and the legs, hope someone else does too.

Just had to feature one of my burlap and rosette pillows....

Made these for breakfast.  Yes, they are made from scratch!
I am not much of a cook but this West Virginia Mountain girl can make some homemade bisquits...

Now don't forget to sign up for my 600+ follower giveaway.

Hi there Sissie,
I can just imagine you wrestling that poor woman to the ground for your gorgeous wicker dressing table! I am drooling over it! I would have a hard time parting with that lovely. And I am also drooling over your biscuits. Here in Michigan we enjoy them with pure maple syrup. Yum! Oh, and lots of butter, of course!

Hi Sissie -
That lady was lucky you weren't feeling like a good wrestle! :) Lucky you, that was an awesome score. I LOVE your green table, she has beautiful details and beautiful legs.

Ha! The day you wrestle someone to the ground and pull hair over a piece, make sure you hand your camera off to someone for pictures! : ) Love this green, Sissie! I am adding that color to my list of must try colors. What a great little side table.

I have a booth also, and I know what you mean when you don't have to paint or clean an item what a treat. That is a pretty green table. Sissie, I always sell white stuff and have just occasionally dabbled in other colors, what color besides white sells best for you in your booth?

No, no! You must not wrestle in public. NOT the thing to do. Arm wrestling..now that's acceptable....if it's done discreetly...and..pinching...yes pinching the upper under arm is acceptable... as least I think so. But out and out wrestling..hmmm..I really am glad you didn't do that. That is the cutest little wicker vanity...and the green table..really nice. I wrote down the paint color...it's really so pretty.

Sissie...you and Rebecca have given me a yen for white! I 've always loved it, but now...I am wanting to paint everything white..at least in the living room.
Cute buy's, Sissie!
Love,
Mona

Happy Pink Saturday Sissie Sweetie...
Oh my goodness what characters your two cats are. Imagine that not wanting to participate in Pink Saturday. Can you say "Snootie"? I would say they are definitely NOT related to you.

Now your pinks are so pretty. I love the bracelet. It is so gorgeous, and definitely you. I love your couch cushions and I would keep the color. It makes the kitties happy. They said so. I love it.

Your wicket desk set? Oh my gosh what a find. I, like the rest of the gals, can't believe you took it to your shop. I would have had that in my room so fast, my head would still be spinning. Love it. The green table, PRICELESS. I love it.

Those biscuits, oh girl you had me at homemade. I love biscuits and gravy ofcourse. I am the dunkin kind of gal. I love to dunk everything, even my toast. Yummy. Could you send a dozen my way for breakfast?

Hope you have a beautiful day sweet friend. Please pop by and see my pink post. Who knows you might see something familiar?

Love ya girl. Country hugs, Sherry
