Vintage enamelware love!

Hi Boggerettes!  I am in love with enamelware, both vintage and new.  Smooth enamelware is good but chippy is better. I bet you have some of it around your house too.
I put this sweet vingette together for Debra's Vintage Inspiration Fridays.  Enamelware inspires me to see practical as pretty.

See the faucet knobs painted white.  Pretty cute um?

Doesn't the french word Salle des Baine, which means
bathroom, sound so much better in french!

Be sure and stop over at Debra's at Common Ground for some instant vintage inspiration.

~~hugs~~

I have a new love for enamelware and had to good pieces in my hands last weekend and walked around with them and then put them back. I wish I hadn't done that. Love your Frenchy bathroom.

I too love enamelware. I tend to be attracted to the red-rimmed pieces but love it all and the chippier (is that really a word, lol) the better. Your bathroom is lovely :)

Blessings!

I wonder what it is about this enamelware that makes everyone love it. It has always been a favorite of mine. Could it be because of our memories seeing it at our grandparents farm or is it just one of those things that we all love.
Great post enjoyed my visit as always

Beautiful vignettes, as always of course. I love the old French enamelware as well. Difficult to find now for a reasonable price at brocantes in France.

What a great vignette of enamalware. I have a few pieces and actually have the 2 little white ones with lids like you have on the stool and 2 more in black. I love that size. I keep the black ones on my kitchen counter and keep vitamins and other daily stuff in them.

What a pretty vignette, and yes I love and have some enamelware too. I searched for months to find just the right size pitcher to go with my bowl on the dry sink in my bedroom, and when I found it , it was love at first sight.
