Coffee Filter Wreath and Booth Pretties

Hi Bloggerettes!  I took some shots of our booth today and I want to show you what my friend and booth partner, Peggie made.  She is addicted to blogs loves reading blogs and getting ideas. She saw one of the coffee filter wreaths and she made one.  I'm so proud of her.  She thinks she's creatively challenged, but believe me, she's not.  Just look at her first try.  Beautiful isn't it?
Love the burlap ribbon.

Another burlap wreath created by moi....

We got this cabinet at an auction.  We sanded it too death and now it's perfectly imperfect!!

A little french vingette with lots of burlap

A vintage metal cake topped painted heirloom white!

I want to thank all of you for your wonderful input on my dining room rug and encouraging me to leave it. So I positioned it underneath the table and chairs and I like it!
Now, if the wrinkles would just go away.

Okay, that's it.  I'm off to blog hop and drool over all of the pretty Christmas decorations and projects ever so abundant here in Blogland.  Oh, how I love it!

~~hugs~~

Hello Sissie Sweetie...
What a beautiful share. I love, love your booth. Your friend Peggy did an awesome job, for a first attempt at that wreath. Nobody will believe it, I mean it is so beautiful. Love the burlap bows, and that angel bow is DDG. I love that one most of all.

Love the little travel case as well. I guess it is a good thing I don't live close. I believe that my husband would be taking all my cards away from me.

Oh Sissie sweetie, have the merriest of Christmas(es). May God richly bless you and your family this CHRISTmas season. Many hugs and so much love, Sherry

Wonderful wreaths and love that cabinet. Place some heavy books on those wrinkles for several days or even a couple of weeks. Should help.

Oh the wreaths are wonderful. I must make one of those coffee wreaths. It is very similar to my felt wreath I made about 40 years ago. I posted it on my blog. Love your style just awesome. Hugs and Merry Christmas.

The wreath really turned out great! I love the burlap ribbon on it. Great photos and everything is looking so good!!

Your booth looks beautiful. That cabinet is gorgeous! I've had a few pieces I've had to sand to death too. The wreath turned out great, I've been thinking of making one of those. I did make one from the pages of a book last Spring. I wonder if the coffee filters would be faster.

I really like the rug! Don;t worry about the wrinkles, they'll flatten out eventually!

I would love to hang out with you in the real world one day. Until then, I'll just have to be satisfied to get my daily dose of Sissie-isims. Lisa

First, your friend did a beautiful job on her wreath, I really love her choice of a burlap bow, it goes perfectly with the texture of the coffee filters.

All your things are lovely, no surprise there, but I do have a suggestion for your rug. Honey, those wrinkles are not going away by themselves, no matter how much you wish it to happen. Sorry, but true. When you have the time (right, like that's going to happen) pick up some carpet tape at Lowes or Home Depot. Tape it right to your floor. Now take your iron and put it on the steam setting and get down on those hands and knees. (Ouch). Put a towel between the rug and the iron and well, iron. Go over the entire rug, but more on those deep wrinkles. Just keep checking it every 10–15 seconds till their gone. You don't want to get the rug wet, just steamed. Then pull it up, remove the tape and put it back under the table. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but you'll be much more pleased with how it looks.

Stopped by to wish you a very, Merry Christmas and a New Year full of joy!

Hi Sissie,
Oh I love the wreath. So pretty!! It reminds me of a design I created years ago using white garbage bags so it could hang on a door outside. Love it with coffee filters. I can see adding roses here and there too.

Love your dining room also. So very inviting. Thank you for stopping by today. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas talented lady and all good things in the new year.
Hugs and love from Texas,

Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the internet the simplest
thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people
consider worries that they plainly do not know about.
You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the
whole thing without having side-effects , people could take a signal.
Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
