Some Recent Finds

Hi Bloggerettes!  I think it's time for a new post, but the problem is, I haven't much to show and tell.  I have found a few things that you might like to see.

Found this shabby, chippy ceiling tile...It has already sold!

I love it when I find these wonderful vintage hat box cases.
A good dose of chantilly lace paint and a pretty ribbon...

I can't seem to get enough mercury glass!!!  Somebody stop me!!!

Found these wonderful cottage tables at the resale store.
They are in the booth waiting for a new home.

We've been painting furniture all week, so I'm hoping to show you some finished pieces real soon.
I'm also working on my 1000 follower giveaway, so stay tuned!

~~hugs~~
Sissie

Hey Sissie,
I've been camping in the mountains with my family but I was still lurking. You have been crazy busy buying awesome goodies for your booth. I about fainted when I saw the love seat. Oh my gosh Sissie, I wish I lived closer, I've been looking for one forever. I want to put one at the foot of my bed. Have fun fluffing it all & don't inhale the paint fumes!

I am not surprised that the tile sold. It is a show piece. Those yellow cottage tables would look good in Blondie's house, lol! I am sure they will be gone shortly too. Now, did the pink wallpapered armoire ever sell?

ME TOO! I love mercury glass. And your little hat box is TOO DIE FOR! I remember we had a hairdryer in a case like that. (Am I dating myself?) You put the plastic bag over your hair and the hot air entered it through a hose and blew up. You looked like a DORK while using it - but hey - a girl had to do what a girl had to back then.
Have a great week! Karen
