A Little change in the bedroom....

Hi Bloggerettes!  I want to show you my bedroom, well parts of it anyway.  I just added a chest that had been hanging around my booth way to long.  It was painted a shade of green and I guess no one liked it.  So, home it came with me and I painted it a creamy white.
I've been playing around in photoscape with textures.....

See the wooden steps beside the bed.  It's for short me so I can get up there without breaking my neck.  The kitties like it too.

Time to get movin and head off to some garage sales.  Maybe a wonderful treasure or two will be found.

                                                   ~~hugs~~

Do you ever notice what colors sell best? Is it white? I imagine it is, as it can fit in most anywhere. What is the next best seller when you paint furniture? The chest is a classic, glad it found a new home!

That chest is such a great size, Sissie! I'm looking for a dresser with similar lines and I think I may have finally found one.

The chest is beautiful, Sissie! I can just imagine the gorgeous pieces you have in your shop that you are tempted to bring home! Your bed looks so comfy...it's very similar to mine with the steps. When I sleep in a regular bed at the lake, I feel like I'm on the floor! lol!

Have a wonderful weekend!

XO,
Jane

~SIGH~ It is a beautiful room for dreaming Sissie girl. So lovely.
I too have a little step by my too tall bed. Before I got it I would tweak my back every time I would climb in it :-(

Your dresser turned out beautifully Sissie! And I had a chuckle at the steps, in our home we have the opposite problem having to buy extra long beds and duck in the doorways (well not me, the men!)
