Are we having fun yet........

Girls just wanna have fun.  Like playing with shelves on a wall.....now that's fun!

But of course trying to get it right is another thing....

I created the sign and I think it fits me well....

Now all I have to do is figure out what to put on the sides of the shelf.  I've been looking and haven't come up with what I want.
Any suggestions?
Y'all are so good at this sort of thing and I could sue use your help.

~~hugs~~
Sissie

I love this, Sissie! What a great display! That piece is a great idea to hold your white pieces and I love how you decorated the table so simply.

Yes ,I agree with platters,Lengthwise.Lovely corner. Old wire baskets would be a good contrast to the white you have. Whatever it looks fantastic by itself

HeeHee-I take the wire basket comment back. When I went back to look at the photo,I saw I got the idea from you:) Baskets were already there.

Ok I think you have to hang cream ware plates~or ironstone or something like that, even ones with numbers or monogram in the centers would be fun. Love the sign you junker girl!

This shelf is great and I love the cloche below. I think some decorative plates or sconces would work well.

How about a bouquet of dried roses, or a couple dried herb wreaths on the side without the switch plate.

Sissie it looks wonderful, I love all of your pretty pitchers! I would find some old chippy architectural pieces, like a pair of pretty corbels!

Lord have mercy Sissy, i don't think i've ever seen a shelf so perfectly decorated as that one. It looks fabulous... i can't even think about the sides of it, because all my eye sees is the shelf with the pitchers... the only thing i could think of would be platters.. but the shelf is a work of art!

Love your collections of pitchers. I don't have very many but I just love the look of a simple white pitcher. So sweet!

Love your shelf, Sissie, and all of your beautiful ironstone. How about hanging some of your fabulous mirrors on the sides of the shelf. Or maybe some neat candle sconces?

I love how you have displayed the white accessories on the shelves!! I'm sure you'll think of something to put on the sides. I'm leaving it all up to you.

Art work, of course! And i'm not just saying that because I am an artist and just happen to have stuff in my shop!
I can see a sweet shabby french chic collection....!!

Or how about some white hanging plates instead!
You've done such a creative and unique job of displaying your white collection already that anything you do will look splendid indeed! Or.....you could do nothing and keep it as is........the creative power lies in your hands.

I love your sign:) Maybe you should put some kitty portraits on the sides of the shelves? I am working on a black and white pet wall right now so I have that on my mind :)

Absolutely Gorgeous. How about two pale and faded hydrangea wreaths on either side - the ones with the white almost silvery petals with a hint of blush pink? LOVE your blog - I'll be back for more. x

Hi Sissie,
Looks wonderful; love the white pitchers! I would probably hang plates or maybe even slim line shutters with a hanging basket of dried hydrangeas in front of the shutter to balance out the wire cloche. Have a wonderful day.

Blessings,
Sandi
