More about my sister's home...

My sister's porch is a very special place.  It's a big side porch that reminds you of a country cottage home. Wood planked floors painted a soft yellow, a porch swing, comfy chairs, candlelabras, hanging baskets of ferns, flowers....just pretty, pretty pretty.  Heck, I'll quit talking about it and show you!

This vintage table and chairs set belonged to our Mother...

Sister loves chalk boards.  Just look at this sweet vingette on a vintage picnic table.

Look at those yummy tomatoes from her neighbor's garden.
I'm happy to say that her neighbor gave us a big batch to bring home.

This is her lower back patio outdoor room.
Nothing says porch like a porch swing....

See why I didn't want to leave....She is the best hostess and her homes says "welcome" from the minute you walk into the door.

I still have more to show you on her home tour.  So stay tuned.

                                                    ~~hugs~~

Wow. Her porch is great. Love the white porch swing with it's pretty pillows. So inviting. I have a weakness for chalkboards like that and her vignette is so pretty! I can see why you don't want to leave!

Everything is so beautiful. Because of the dust, it is very hard here to have anything outside. I love big beautiful ferns but every one I've had just dries way up. Way too hot for them where I live. My uncle in small town Ohio has a porch swing like your sister's -- I could just stay there swinging all day long. So peaceful. Best wishes to you, Tammy
