My shabby cottage bedroom at my sister's house

Would y'all like to hear about my week long visit to my Sisters?  I thought so...
We had so much fun and it was hard to leave but I'll be seeing her this September so I'll just hold onto that.

Just look what was waiting for me when I arrived...

This was my pretty shabby cottage bedroom...

Many of the vintage items in her guest bedroom were found on our antiquing and junking treks!

I plan to show you around her home but it will take a few posts to do that.  So today I'm showing you a few of the pretty vingettes that she has created.  Love the chalkboard silver tray welcoming me and Mr. Sissie...

We did a lot of shopping, eating, antiquing, junking, laughing and goofing off.....the kinds of things that all sisters love to do.

Check out her new shoes that I bought her.  Being a true fashionista, she pulled her entire outfit from her already full closet and came up with this darling outfit.  Doesn't she look cute!
I'll be back later in the week to show you more of her house and also some of the stuff I found for my booth and for myself.
So be sure and stay tuned.

In the meantime, get out there and create, make, sew, paint, photograph, write, bake, repurpose and find something wonderful and share it with us.

~~hugs~~
Sissie

Oh, I know y'all had a blast! Love the shoes you bought her, and your room while you were there looks heavenly! I have two sisters, and neither of them has the same interests as I, so they don't like antiquing, thrifting, etc. Bummer! Wish they did! Enjoy each other! Can't wait to see everything you bought!

Have a good one!

Oh if those beautiful walls and all they hold could talk, but they can't. Guess that means I'll be sitting and waiting patiently for all the tales of the road I know will be coming!
Y'all are both so stinkin' cute!
