Rag Garlands....

If this looks like a bunch of rags....well you guessed it right.  But, the good part is that when you tie a bunch of rags together....they to start to look pretty good...

I've been making these for my booth and they are selling.  It's an easy project but a little time consuming. I use white roping and cut it about a 1 yard length.  I used an old sheet for these two garlands plus bits of ribbon, lace and trims...and then start tying them onto the roping until I get the fullness that I like.

Add a few ornaments or bits of bling or whatever you have on hand...

I've seen these around Blogland so I do not know where the original idea came from but I sure thank them.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Now get out there this week and shop for all those great Black Friday deals and sales.  Then make, create, bake, photograph, draw, sew or find something wonderful and share it with all of us.

They are so pretty Sissie. I've seen them around too, but everyone puts their own stamp on hand crafted items and that's what makes them special.
