Sooper Sistas booths

I thought I'd show you all a few pics of "The Sooper Sistas" and Sooper Sistas II booths.  This will be the hardest part about moving away but my sister plans to carry on!  I'm sure there will be another "Sissie's Shabby Cottage" booth in my near future.

For those of you who have spaces in antique shops... you know that it's in your blood and once you've done it you are hooked!

Sister couldn't resist this pretty pink taffeta dress...

Nothing prettier than vintage nightgowns....they are good sellers too.

We love vintage tables with patinas like this one....
Scored this lovely solid wood cabinet by Tale City at the auction...

I know that many of you have lovely spaces and booths and you know what I mean about "being hooked."  It's a great creative outlet as well as a way to make a little extra money.    What's new in your space??

Get out there this week and make, create, sew, photograph, write, bake, repurpose and find something wonderful and share it with us.

                                        ~~hugs~~
                                         Sissie

Your booth is lovely. I know how much you will miss it. I would love to do one- we really don't have any places here that rent out space. You will have another one, I know- xo Diana

Such a pretty space with lovely things for sell. I think that pink ladder would look pretty in a little girls room. Are you closing your both??? I hope not. Thanks for sharing Humble Abode

Oh Sissie,

It would be hard to leave this! Beautiful items in your shop. I'm glad your sister can continue with the shop.

Your booth looks great! Are those ruffled angel wings I see? Did you make them? I have been wanting to make some.

What a great space, Sissie! So many pretty treasures. I know you'll find the perfect spot for your own booth when you move:)

Ohhh, i love vintage nightgowns too. But, what is the deal on the size of women back then! The clothes are so small, with teeny weeny waists! I couldn't fit my leg in some of those waistlines! Your booth looks so delightful... i would have a blast digging around in there. Glad your sista is going to keep it up!

Love your booth. I started one a few months ago, but it just wasn't a good location. I have my online shop which I love and will look for a new booth space next summer when I move to Atlanta.

Your space is beautiful Sissie! I just recently started renting a space at an antique mall. I am having so much fun with it. I was amazed at how well I did my first month there. Now, I've been busy as a bee trying to restock it. Hope you have a wonderful day, Gail

What a great space, Sissie! You mean you are moving again?? I have been away for a couple of weeks and I'm just now getting by to see what you've been up to. I must have missed something because I didn't realize you were moving again. Take care and happy hunting!

Blessings,
Sandi

I too missed your earlier post about moving again! So I just went digging and found your post that explains it. I totally get it and good for you for making the change. We have been in your moving shoes a couple of times. Toughing it out is not the way to go. Good luck to you in making your change and welcome back to NC!

Oh dang.... why are all the GOOD shopping spots so darn far away.. So many goodies packed into that 'lil space...

I used to have a space and to be honest....I never want to do it again. Oh yes, I have fleeting thoughts, but then all the memories of all the work involved pop into my head. It was so time consuming.

Happy, HAPPY New Year!

Oh I completely understand! I am sure your sister is going to miss having you as her partner. It is always nice to have someone to share the load with but there are benefits to having a space all to yourself as well. It looks lovely!
