Summer Lovin....

Hi everyone!  Hope you are enjoying your summer.  The weather here on the coast of NC has been absolutely beautiful...blue skies and lovely sunsets....doesn't get any better than that!  Remember that song..."Summer Lovin had me a blast...."  I can just see John Travolta and Olivia Newton John dancin away singing this tune.

I want to show off this lovely vintage Gunne Sax dress....
 Purdy ain't she....
It's been busy in the shop and things have been flying out the door.
It's always a good thing but I have to work harder to keep it full.
The shop is near Myrtle Beach so we see lots of visitors, tourists and vacationers.

Everyone loves shells so I fixed up a glass dish and added a bow with some scrabble pieces...
Right now my booth is loaded up with lots of good stuff...
That's it for now.  Get out there this week and create, make, write, paint, photograph, cook, bake, repurpose and find something wonderful and share it with us.

                                         ~~hugs~~
                                          Sissie

  7. I love that dress! I used to wear Gunne Sak dresses and blouses all the time as a teenager. I love them. Wouldn't this dress look gorgeous on Janae?! She could practically get married in it...with her pups following behind :).
