Pink Saturday Pretties

Hope everyone's enjoying their "After Christmas Pink Glow!"
I'm showing some scenes from around my home, because I'm too lazy to go out and find more pink!  Also, I'm going to work the shop today, so I better get a move on.

Toile pillows I made for my bedroom.

Pink floral chairs that have been in my bedroom for
at least 20 years, and I still love them!

My Mother made this quilt for me.   She was 80 years old when she finished it.  She has since passed but when I wrap up in it, I can still feel her love.

The newest issue of Romantic Homes Magazine   When I get home this evening I plan to put on my pj's, prop-up in a comfy chair or better yet, my bed.  Grab a cup of tea and delve into my magazine.

Ok, now go over to Beverly's and check out all the other
Pink Saturday Pretties!

And, if you are going out to check on the bargains I hope you find
lots of goodies.

~~hugs~~

~~Sissie~~

Hi Sissie Sweetie...
I loved this post. Oh my gosh those toile pillows are just beautiful. I love them. They are just perfect, and the chair you may have had for 20 years, but you would never know it. Exquisite and looks so comfy. I love it.

I can just feel the love in every stitch your Moma made in that quilt, and isn't it wonderful that she still covers you with so much love? I am so happy that she finished it for you. You will have it to comfort you forever. They are the best gifts of all.

This Romantic Homes magazine? I have not seen this before. I will have to check into it and see if I can find this on the stands? I think it is one I would truly love. So beautiful is this cover. Thank you for the tip sweetie.

Have a wonderful New Year. Can you believe it is already almost here? Where has 2009 gone? I can hardly wait for 2010 to begin for us. I have so enjoyed meeting you and getting to know you.

Country hugs sweetie and so much love...Sherry
