Feelin Creative!

Hi blogging beauties!  I am anxious to show you this pretty vintage tray that I found.  It's made of tin, has an incredible imprinted rose design with delicate cut-in outlines.  It was a little beat-up, so I gave it a nice coat of cream paint both front and back, and it ended up pretty sweet looking.

I made this burlap tabletopper just by folding the edges to form a hem.  Then used printer fabric with a Paris luggage tag image, added some silk ribbon and some paris ribbon, and ooh-la-la.

Did I ever tell you how much I adore all of you... because if I haven't then I am telling you again, right now!  I ADORE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK!!!!

I received some great gifts from my special friends this week and I will be telling you all about them later this week.
Right now I am savoring the goodies, oh my!
Thank you Sherry, Marsha and Rosemary!!!
~~hugs~~

Now there is a first for everything...I have NEVER been called a blogging beauty before but I will wear the crown proud! I think I'll add some seashells and a few lucky mushrooms on top and a pom pom or too. Keeping life light and pulling on the happy cord. Love to you my Sissy girl from your girl with the curl.

Beautiful, as always.

Sissie, when you paint, for instance, tin, how do you keep the painted surface pristine? Do you put a protective coat on it or are you just way careful? Your stuff is always so perfect looking.
