Saturday Action and Thrift Sale finds

Hi Bloggerettes!  I scored big at the auction on Saturday!  Oh, yes I did!  Wanna see??  Do you??  Well, ok, here goes.

This lovely Roses Painting, in a sinfully orante frame, became mine when the hammer came down!  Only one other person bid against me and I still got it for a song.  She stopped bidding for some strange reason, maybe because I was throwing her dagger looks, uh I mean, because I was looking so cute and sweet!  Anyway, Rachael Ashwell would be proud of me.

This little table was found at an estate sale on Saturday.  It was just sittin in the corner all lonely and calling my name.  The price tag was right so off she went to my little car.

They are both very happy in my booth just waiting for someone to take them home......
Get a load of this pretty cabinet in Peggy's booth at Miss Minnie's.
It was mud fence ugly until she waved her magic wand over it.
Bet it doesn't last long.

Last, but not least, I leave you with my Kitty Garden made from a vintage pepsi crate.  Full of fresh sweet grass and katnip....
kitty heaven!

Okay, all my lovelies, it's the beginning of a brand new
week, so go out there and shakes things up a bit.

~~hugs~~

Hi Sissie

What great finds! It would be hard for me to part with either of them! And I love Peggy's desk and hutch. It reminds me so much of the French Provincial one I had when I was a teenager! Of course, mind isn't that pretty color. My mom still has it. Maybe I will have to nab it from her so I can transform it!

I totally agree Sweet Sissie..you DEFINITELY SCORED BIGTIME! Again your humor in describing your day at auction, tore me up. Like I've said so many times before..something's always shakin' over here at Sissie's Place.

Thank you so much for wishing my momma a happy day on your recent visit. Meant a lot! And I'm glad you liked the photo of me while painting..wasn't so sure I should have used it..no makeup..hair pulled back and all. Just keepin' it real.

Again..great find with the beautiful painting. Yes, Miss Ashwell would be proud!

Blessings, Hugs & Monday Sunshine, Terri

Cute little table, you have very nice items in your booth, I keep saying all the good shops are so far away. I just wanted to let you know I was able to get all my planting done, now I am praying for rain, those are a lot of plants to have to water now. Have a great day.

Have I missed other photos and posts of your booth? Oh, it's just so sweet! And wow! that painting is fabulous! OK, that's the best idea, a kitty garden, I have to do this. maybe it will deter them from eating my other plants. A delicate question...after they eat cat nip and sweet grass, do they go barf it up somewhere or does it actually help their digestion? Inquiring minds want to know...

Debra
