Hot Pink Saturday!

Hi Bloggerettes!  One word....IT'S HOT !!!  It's Hot Pink Saturday
hosted by Beverly at How Sweet The Sound.
Look at this before picture of a sweet little chair that I found for nothing.  The humidity was so high when I took this photo the lens fogged up!
Anyway, hope you can see it.  Here's the before...
And, here's the after....
It's been given the heirloom white treatment
and pink toile on the seat...

This is a bench that I have had forever.  I can't begin to tell you how many times I have recovered it.

I'll let you in on a little secret if you won't tell anyone.
I haven't stapled the fabric down yet.  I just tucked it under for the photo.  I'm still trying to decide if I like it or not.  What do
you think?

My little Great Neice, my sister's first grandchild is the cutest
pink I've seen for awhile.

I found the little rocker she's sitting in at a thrift store.
Painted it pink, of course.  Seeing her in it melts my heart!

Be sure and go over to see Beverly for some
more pinkness!

~~hugs~~

Your great niece is adorable, Sissie! I love her outfit. Start her out early with the pink and she'll be hooked! : ) Love the chair and I do like that fabric on the bench. It makes me think of that red and white paper I did on my tray ~ it was different for me, but I kind of like it. At least its pink!

Oh my gosh, she is a cutie! She's growing up too fast! Wasn't she JUST born?? ;) Love that little grin!~

I really like that bench- good bones! No wonder you've had it for a while and reused it so much. I would, too!

And lastly, I have to say, isn't it amazing what a good coat of paint can do?? Love the pink toile. I should have known you would pic that to recover the seat! :P Lovely!
Have a great weekend!

My Sweet Sissie Girl,
Have you ever found a piece of junk, furniture, lamp whatever & said 'no, I can't work my magic on that'? I doubt it. That before pic is pretty sad, I can understand why it was free. But your redo, Now That's What I'm Talkin About!! It's been Sissified!
And that sweet little neice, that outfit she's wearing is the CUTEST! My kids would have had that covered in snot & stuff in no time flat.
Keep the fabric, love it.
Your loving blogger friend, Lisa
