It's a Wash, and it's Inspiring!

Hi Bloggerettes!  I want to thank all of you for your helpful ideas and suggestions on what to do with this table.  You are such a sweet bunch.  Don't know what I'd do without you.
About half of you said to stain it and the other half said to paint it.
And some of you said to dry brush it!

This look inspires me to add more vintage pieces to the tabletop.  I can't wait to set it up in my booth.

It's going to my booth, so we shall see.  If no one likes it I can always paint it!

I made some more burlap pillows. Yea, I know, you are tired of looking at them.

It's time to go blog hoping and I am going to try to visit as many of you as I can.  It might take me awhile, but I'll eventually get there.
So leave the light on!

I'm joining Debra's Vintage Inspiration Fridays, so be sure and check out all the wonderful posts over there.

~~hugs~~

I love your table? it looks so shabby and loved...like an old table should look. I would buy it in a heart-beat (that is if I had some cash teeheee). I don't think you'll have any trouble selling it to a good home.

I do the same thing, sometimes I will leave a table as I found it and then take it back and paint it white. I love your burlap pillows, I have not done any yet, how are they selling in your booth? I do well with pillows especially if I use a Rachel Ashwell fabric.

its a good looking and sturdy table that would certainly look very good if restored to its original glory, just make sure that its done the right way and it will through years, i like the little drawer a lot and would prefer using it in a foyar or hall with a mirror on top!!

Perfect choice. I love it. Just the right amount of paint and distressing. May I ask, how do you come up with a price? Do your tables for example always a set price range? Thank for sharing.

Oh I really like the dry brush look.

How did you do that? just take a dry brush and put a little paint on it? I want to try that.

I love how the table turned out Sissie. I don't think you will have to worry about it not selling. It's a great piece!
When I read your previous post about how you had to change your livingroom back to the whites. I thought to myself, 'I do believe that girl and I were separated at birth'! But I still love those floral chairs and would so find a place for them here!!!! Um...I'd still keep your doors locked!!!
