I'm showing it to you because instead of coming up with an interesting post, I spent countless hours rolling up sheet music!
It sure takes bunches of sheet music to create this huge wreath. I think I got carried away.
Hey did you ever stop to think......"What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about." (just thought I'd see if you are paying attention)
I'm thinking I'm going to print something on a burlap banner and put it across the center. Not sure I'm liking the glittery script.
I told you that I am not a crafter, but I get so excited when I see all the beautiful creations on the blogs. And, I just have to give it a try.
So on a scale of 1 to 10, how did I do?
I give myself a 6 which means it needs work and practice.
That's what is so great about blogging. We are surrounded by so many wonderful artists, writers and photographers that we cannot help but be inspired by their energy. Now that I'm a blogger, I think I can do anything!!!!!
Maybe I better stick to making pillows.
~~hugs~~

I'm still thinking... Hokey Pokey, and you turn yourself about. It looks like a "10" to me. I've tried to make one and gave up. It was all cattywampus and the cones where all different sizes. Your's looks amazing!
I love it, I think it is a 10!
looks like a 10 to me!!!!!
Great job Sissie! Very unique!~Hugs, Patti
I think you did a great job on the wreath..and I like the glittery piece in the middle.
I get so intimidated by all the wonderful creations made on blog land that I feel my stuff can't compare. There are so many talented ladies and you are one of them!
Suzann
wow...i'd give it a 10. it really is beautiful...you did an awesome job for your first try. i have never made one either but have always wanted to. i think i just might give it a try...after making some of your xmas cones of course.
I'd give it a 10 too. You are being too hard on yourself...it looks great!!
Jane
Honey I give you a 10! I love it and you have a lot more patience than I do to try this. I want to but I know the undertaking it is!
Jeanine
Well, heck I'd give it a ten. How many sheets of paper did you end up using anyhow?
Sissie, your wreath is a 10 for sure! I love it, I really do!! And I like the glittery center, though a burlap banner might be a neat addition, especially if it is covered in glitter! Can you tell that I LOVE glitter?
It looks beautiful Sissie! I am going to have to see if my daughter would want to try to make one for her band teacher for a Christmas gift. Sweet!
Have a Great Day!
Angela
I give you a 10 just for trying it , that's a lot of sheet music.
I looked for some cones at my Dollar store today , they didn't have any , I'm not giving up yet, a few of those cones would sure look nice on my tree this year.
I do really like your wreath !
Sharon
A scale 1 to 10...I give you a 12+ !! That is beautiful, Sissie! How many sheets did it take? I like the glitter peace script, but the burlap sounds interesting too, sorry I'm no help!

Sissy, you are like me...your own worst critic! I think it looks great.
I love the cones you showed in your last post.
Why, I do believe you may be a crafter after all!
Rhonda
Whaaaat? You did a wonderful job! Beautiful, girlfriend! If you just can't stand it... send it to me! I was thinking about making one also, but I don't have any sheet music at this time.
Sissie, "take" on the sheet music wreath is big and beautiful! I love it!
I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to find some vintage sheet music to make a couple of wreaths! I love the idea of sheet music!
Love the wreath (quit pickin on yourself girl!) ha!
Cheers!
Tina
Sissie I think it looks great also. I am not crafty and understand the fear factor, but you truly can do anything. I would like to see it with a burlap printed piece. I think the glitter word gets a little lost. That is a bunch of sheet music!!
Hi Sissie,
I think it's lovely. Maybe a black glittery peace sign would show up better but it's just fine the way it is.
I thought about trying this too but I don't want to use up all my sheet music! LOL! And it takes awhile to do I'm sure and well, I'm impatient!
You did a great job!
Blessings,
Sonya

I keep thinking I need to try this! Looks wonderful!
Okay Sissie, I was giving you a 10 before I saw any of the comments. I love it! You could do a banner for the next one. :)
I think I would like the burlap. I haven't tried the wreath yet but it is on my list of projects to try. Maybe you have just inspired me. Thanks.
Well, I say it looks awesome and I give you an 11!
Sissie I LOVE IT, think I will have to give it a try, now I just have to find some sheet music. Sandy xx
Looks like a 10 to me!! I have one coming my way soon.....can't wait to get it!! I've requested it to be made with french pages!!
Your wreath is stunning!!
Polly
Hi Sissie! We think alike! I wanted to try it, too. I spent about two hours rolling music only to realize it's going to be waaaay too huge for my little house! lol So I guess I will undo the tape, cut and start over...ooooh noooo! I hope Judge Judy has something interesting to say the next few days! lol I am determined to make this work! Yours looks fabulous! I love the little sheet music button in the middle. I like the glitter script. You can change it to something else and use it after Christmas, too! Happy week!...hugs...Debbie
Hi Sissie :) Thanks for stopping by; this wreath is really neat, and I think you did a great job with it. There's all kinds of possibilities you can do with it...differnt types and styles of paper and different items that you can place in the center to accent it..really cool!!
Warmest hugs, Brenda
The judges say a perfect 10!!!
I love it, it makes me want to make one!
Leann
I think it's lovely Sissie, very classy!
Tracey
Hokey Pokey??? What the hell are you talking about LOL I think it looks great! I will head to Miss Mustard seed, did she have a tutorial? What do you use for the base? Then I suppose hot glue? Can you print on burlap? I thought it was to thick. See, I read the whole post.
Carol
I honestly think it looks very pretty. I think the simple glittery word is great...it looks like you.
Hello Miss Sissie, you can't see me but I'm holding up my score paddle with a BIG 10 on it!
I hopped over to MMS's blog and, well, please don't tell her but I think yours is prettier =o)
I would like to see what it would look like with the burlap banner though, since I do agree with Linda that maybe the scale and color of the words get a bit lost in such awesomeness.
Thank you for sharing your talent and wit with us, Irma
I think you did a great job, and I really like the glittery "Peace" across it :-)
Blessings,
Marcia
it's beautiful!!!! i give you a 10!
I think it turned out great Sissie, but I have to say, your pillows are a 20!!! Marcia
You did a grand job, Sissie, it is gorgeous.
Your wreath turned out so well, Sissie. I've been wanting to try one of those for a while. I think burlap would be a neat touch.
I agree - there's so much inspiration out there. I've tried a lot of new things because of blogging!
xo
Claudia
It's great! You're being too hard on yourself. :o) La
Hi Sissy,
It is great to visiting your blog again. I think your wreath is absolutely marvelous, definitely a 10 to me :) I love it that you tried something and posted about it, even if you thought it was very good?? We all have our own perception of things, don't we?
Thanks for sharing,
Crystal
Looks like a 10 to me and I love glitter so the peace is perfect in my book.
Sissie, you are not giving yourself enough credit. Bravo to you just for rolling up so many sheets of paper, hehe. I think the wreath looks beautiful.
Linda
Sissie, that came out lovely! I'd give it a 9.5 at least! I want to see that burlap center when you get it done too! Have a great weekend!
Sherry
Love the wreath and the glittery peace word in the center... wouldn't change a thing! :)
Very pretty but I know what you mean on how big they look. I first one I made was way too big. You'll get better the more you make.

Shellagh
this was quite an undertaking for a person who is not crafty,,,you "are" crafty! I think you deserve more than just a 6! You are not satisfied, hummm, well, I would set the "Peace" off with a black or brown paper, burlap, or lace or something behind it. Then it will be a 20!!!
oxo
Marcie

Gwen
Sissie,
Oh you go girl! Roll that paper! You did an outstanding job. I gotta tell you I have drooled over these wreaths for a couple of seasons now but am WAY too intimidated to give it a try. You have really inspired me to try it. Lord knows I have sheet music to spare. I could use a hand rolling tho....hint. Remember, I already bribed with the shirt off my back. Lisa
PS Love the last post too. Your really getting me in the Christmas spirit!
10 yup......definitely a 10!
Hugs,
Jo
Well Honey I am not sure what it is suppose to look like but this one here is really pretty. So give yourself a 10!
It looks like a lot of work to me. lol
I know what you mean I see all these crafty sites and I wish I were back to being creative again.
Love
Maggie
You may say a "6" but, we'd add 4 points for just doing it Sissy!!
That is fantastic - love, love, love it!!
Oh I think it is just beautiful! You deserve a much higher score than a 6. I would love to make one of those! Where do you get all of that sheet music? Some of the wonderful creative things I see on blogs are new to me. Beautiful project!
Your wreath is for sure a 10, Sissie! It's beautiful and I love the glittery script in the center. I think it is just perfect! Hope you have a lovely weekend.
Hi Sissie, I love the wreath and I think you did a great job! I would also give it a 10. Every one that posted about the coffee filter wreaths said how quick and easy they were. Mine took several hours and I burned the crap out of my fingers!
xo, Sherry
