Some finished projects

Hi Bloggerettes!  I've got a few finds to show you and some finished projects.

Remember these?  I wore one to my high school senior prom....which was well, a few years ago!  So, when I saw this one for sale, I had to have it.  Looks good displayed with my vintage prom dress and decorating the guest bedroom wall....yes?

I found this little table, cute but all dark and covered with marks and scratches.  It was in bad need of some love, so I gave it
some pale pink paint....
I love the shape.

I also found this little side chair, which was also in need of some love.  I gave it a new seat and some pink paint.....instant pretty!

I hope everyone has a wonderful week.  So be sure to create, write, photograph, cook or paint something wonderful.

I also want to thank my new followers.  I hope to get around to seeing each and everyone of you soon.  Also stayed tuned for my next 1000 Followers Countdown Giveaway.

~~hugs~~
Sissie

Sissie, I had a wrap almost identical to that, but the balls were on the end of ribbon and when you tied it up it looked like yours. I love the mirrors on the wall

How beautiful, Sissie! The wrap does take me back, too, I can almost feel that soft bunny fur. Do you remember mouton? I wanted one, but missed out on it. The wrap looks much more romantic, doesn't it? I love your creative touch! Annie

How pretty that guest room is. I told you I would love to see you do a post on the whole room! This is the same room with the rug, right? I think the prom dress with the fur wrap is fabulous! You might need a pearl choker hanging from that hanger too! The ballet pink looks pretty on your new finds. Happy Valentines Day to a fellow romantic!

I love the chair and table as well. Where in the world do you get all your energy? Would you please bottle some and send it my way.
Seriously, I love everything you do. We really should live next to each other or at least in the same town because we really are 2 peas in a pod. Well, you have a happy valentine's day with your loved ones.

Sissie,
I've been so busy with kid problems this winter that I don't get to visit as much as I'd like. But looking over your posts I about dropped dead when I saw your fluffy white wrap! Lily just attended her first father/daughter valentine dance & that is the dress & wrap I was looking for. I did end up finding a little black stole for her big night. Love your dress too. How cute that your style has remained consistent! You could wear that tonight, out to dinner. Do you remember Gunne Sax? Well I 'HAD' to have one for my prom. They were way too expensive tho so luckily my Mother was a master seamstress & made a beautiful knock off. Your sweet gown reminds me of that one.
Lisa
PS Is it hanging in the guest room? The room I'll stay in? LOL
