Frame Love!

Hi Bloggerettes!  Hope everyone is having a nice long weekend.  I know that I am.  I went to a few sales and an auction and came home with a few good treasures.  I've also been sewing and painting furniture, things I love to do!

I found this frame, which was originally gold.  Gave it some chantilly lace paint and added two prints from the Graphics Fairy.

I love the detailing and all the scrolly deliciousness of this frame.
Mr. Sissie really doesn't comment much about all my creations, but he did say that he like this one very much.  Um, might have to keep it, for a little while anyway.  You know how that goes!

Okay, get out there and find, create, sew, paint, cook, repurpose, photograph or write something wonderful and share it with all of us.

                                                    ~~hugs~~
                                                    Sissie

I'm linking up with Graphics Fairy Brag Monday!!  Be sure to check out all the great creations made using Graphics Fairy images.

Well, if Mr. Sissie likes it, you've just got to keep it, Sissie! : ) I think it turned out wonderfully! Love all the different detailing on it and the graphics work so well with how the mat is.

Oh, Lordie!!! How gorgeous is this frame??? I bought one recently too at an auction ($5) but it's not as pretty as yours. I'm planning on painting it white and maybe making a bulletin board out of it. Haven't quite decided yet. Yours is definitely an inspiration though:) Thanks for sharing such gorgeousness with us through your many projects.

That frame in white is REALLY beautiful, Sissie. The gold would've distracted from the detail. Nice job, girl!!!

Hi Sissie Sweetie...
What a gorgeous share today. I would so love to go estate saling and garage saling with you. What wonders you find.

This is a true treasure. I love it. I love all the decor that was added to the frame itself. It gives it such style. The leaf work edging is just exquisite. I love the graphics that you chose to add to it. Perfect choice as always sweet girl. Absolute perfection.

Thank you for sharing. I love it when you do. Hope you are well sweetie. Have a great week. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
