More Stuff from last weekend's shopping spree!

I got more stuff to show you from my weekend shopping excursion....
My lovely sister-in-law asked me if I'd like to have this desk/vanity table....Yes. Yes. Yes.!!!!

It was a very dark mahogany color that just wasn't doing it justice so I gave it a coat of Dove White from Valspar.

I still can't believe that she wanted to part with it when it had so much potential.

I also gave it some new silver knobs.  Sweet, isn't it?
It is in my booth at Miss Minnie's waiting on a new home...

Here's a quick shot of my booth.  It's loaded with lots of stuff from
last week's shopping.  The vintage window in the background has a shelf built on the back of it for displays.  A vendor at the flea market makes these and they are perfect for the vintage farm house look.

Alright kiddos, I'm outta here.  I hope that you all find some good stuff this weekend.  I have been a little laxed getting around to visit and leave comments....I will try to do better.
Seems as though everyday brings new challenges and projects.
And very little time to do them all.

Don't forget to show us your finds and creations.

~~hugs~~

Sissie

Good Evening Sissie Sweetie...
Oh you did a beautiful job on this gorgeous desk, and those knobs really made her pop. I can't wait to hear that she was snatched right up over the weekend. Someone will take her home with them for sure. She is BEAUTIFUL.

Loved seeing that little peek into your booth. It is so gorgeous and I love, LOVE that window. How pretty and country that is. You did an awesome job sweet friend.

Thanks for sharing. Hope you are doing well. I miss seeing you. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Okay- You better hang onto your sister so they don't cart her off in the crazy wagon. I can't believe she parted with that piece. Maybe now when she sees it painted she will want it back!;>) Your booth is gorgeous, Sissie- Just gorgeous- xo diana

Ah, gotta love a sister who knows you will see the potential in something and let you have at it.

I'm enjoying your finds and what you've been selling in your booth. Feel free to come on by "Quirky Vistas" sometime and see what I've been working on.
