I sure hope that you all had a wonderful weekend.  I went to the auction on Friday night and scored a mirror.  I had my eye on some furniture but I just couldn't compete with all the heavy bidding.  So, I'll try again next time.

We've been really busy at Miss Minnie's.  My booth is loaded and waiting for the customers.  Since we live in a resort area we see lots of vacationers and beach home owners shopping our booths.  This is definitely the season and we have to be ready.

I found a really cute screen door at Habitat and used it to create a wall in my booth...

The tin ceiling tile you see here sold.  I kinda wanted to keep it but I'm glad it went to a good home.

I was excited to find this cute yellow toile chair.  It was already painted and covered in new toile fabric.  Of course, I did some dry brushing on it and shabbied it up a little...

The little white table you see here was a great find too.
It went from very ugly to cottage cute with the help of
Behr's creamy white paint.

I found a few small things at some estate sales and that was about it.
I need to get working on some new pillows and stuff.
Just wish there was more time in the day!!

That's it for today.  Hope you are having a beautiful weekend.

~~hugs~~
Sissie

Sissie- Your booth is gorgeous. It is filled to the brim with beautiful things but not so overloaded that it looks crowded and "fussy". I love that little yellow chair you found! xo Diana

Sissie, I love seeing all you had in your booth. It's hard to let go of some things, isn't it? At least you have them for a time, let them go and new ones come along to steal your heart. It's not a bad set up when you think about it. Enjoy!

You have such a pretty booth, Sissie! There are not many places here that have it where things look so pretty. Love the screen door idea. I saw that this past week in someone's booth here. Also, some people did old wood ladders to span the tops of their booths, which gave them a little shop/boutique look and a place to add more stuff. Love that two level side table; just saw one someone was selling at the garage sales going on here this weekend. I told my husband I would buy it if I had a booth.
