Little Girls Tea Party

My sister has been planning a Tea Party for her granddaughters and their friends for several months. The big even was held this past Sunday and I couldn't wait to share her phone pictures.  I know you'll enjoy.

So let's set the stage!

First up is the beautiful southern belle hostess....my sister Kimberly Gayle...

Her wait staff...

Co-host...Buddy.

A lovely day in May and a big southern syle porch and swing...

Tea cups, napkins and gloves....a must for an afternoon tea.

A lovely table setting for the little princesses....

Dainty and pretty cupcakes...

A pretty memo board to announce the affair...

And of course there are rules...

Fancy hats and pearls are a must...
Gloves and manners  are a requirement...
and, pink....lots of pink!

And of course the guests...
and such lady-like behavior!

That is until the Hostess brought out the silly string...

Told y'all that you'd enjoy it.
Didn't my Sister do a great job.  She is a very special
Grandma....a "Glamour Grandma!"

~~hugs~~

You and your sister look so much alike, Sissie! Both of you true beauties! : ) How fun that must have been. I'm looking forward to having tea parties with my granddaughter when she gets a little older. We do them every so often now, except for the dressing up part. I think a couple of more years and we can introduce the hats and gloves.

So very sweet!!!! Such pretty little ladies too. Sometimes I wish I had a girl so I could do girly things with - like tea parties! - but I was such a tomboy growing up that bugs and dirt are probably more my speed. HA!

This post was FUN FUN FUN!

Love all of the decor and the girls are gorgeous !

I like how she decorated the swing and I was chuckling to myself because one picture was enough! ( I recently viewed a post where a lady did something similar and there were about 15 pictures of it. Now here, it was just enough of everything! Loved it! :)
