A little pink in the dining room.

Just wanted to share a little pink in the dining room.  This is our first Thanksgiving in our new home and we will be eating Thanksgiving dinner in the dining room....let me repeat that....We. Will. Be. Eating. In. The. Dining. Room!

I love vintage Christmas ornaments so here's an assortment of both vintage and not so vintage that I've collected over the years.  I've placed them in a glass bowl on the sideboard.

Mr. Sissie just brought home a bouquet of pink roses and they are now adorning the Thanksgiving table.  Wasn't that sweet....
Okay, that's it for now and I'm off to prepare the turkey for tomorrow.  Stuffing is already made and a pumpkin pie is in the oven!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.  May you enjoy the holiday with family and friends and everyone that you love.

Sissie,
I love this! We. won't. be. eating. in. the. dining. room. :) I don't know why I'm like that, but we're putting the leaf in the breakfast table and crowding around it. I've got my Christmas stuff already set on the dining room table, and I. ain't. gonna. move. it. :) Look at you getting roses! Seriously, everything is looking so pretty at your place. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Those are so pretty Sissie and the roses are just the icing on the cake.
I have some vintage ornaments and I think I'll get them out this year, thanks for the inspiration.
Happy Thanksgiving!

I was just telling my husband last night that if we had two little girls instead of two little boys, I'd do the entire tree and decorations in pink! I love your touches!
