Pink toile in the bathroom....why yes! You've probably seen these toile curtains before. I made them a few years ago and they hung in a guest bedroom in our other house.
I've always loved them and decided to try them in the master bath.
I think they will do just fine. What do you think?
I'm planning to add a little vanity bench or chair with the seat covered in this same fabric.
It was tough getting pictures in here because of the lighting. But I think you get the idea.
I also had a little creative spurt and made a few burlap pillows...
Decorated the front of this book box with some scrabble tiles and scraps. I guess you can tell that I found a box of old scrabble tiles at the thrift and went crazy.

Okay that's it for now. Get out there this week and create, make, sew, cook, bake, photograph, write, craft, repurpose and find something wonderful. When you do don't forget to share it with all of us!!!

Pink toile in the bathroom, yes indeed! I love toile and it's perfect in there. Sweet burlap pillow, clever lady to use those tiles! Too cute~
Those look so pretty in your bathroom, they have such a soft look.
I LOVE them, Sissie. I think they are perfect. Can you tell me what color the paint is in that room? It is so soft and pretty. I love it! xo Diana
The drapes look perfect for your bath!! Love them with the wall color. Beautiful cushion and box!! Love scrabble tiles!
Beautiful! And you saved yourself the cost of getting new curtains (or fabric, you crafty fox you!).
I love the pillows, too. I miss the runner you made me for the harvest table at the lake. I have this plain eyelet cotton thing on it, actually, I think it's a dresser scarf. I never should have left the runner out for 3 straight years with the sunlight and dust!!
XO,
Jane
I love how your bathroom looks. Your vanity, with the mirror on the side, gives me an idea of what I want to do in my small bathroom. I love your curtains and glad you could get new life out of them.
Your bathroom is gorgeous and the drapes are perfect. Hugs, Marty
I love your pink toile drapes, Sissie! I'm so glad you found a place to use them. I think they will work out great in the bathroom; perhaps give you the pink glow that is so complimentary to our complexion. : )
Swoon! I love the pink toile, Sissie. I love toile in any room and the pink is luscious! Perfect in your bathroom.
Hugs,
Sandi

Those curtains look really pretty in your bathroom! I love you had a little creative spurt--I have been wanting to have one of those too!
Love those curtains and they are so pretty in the Master Bath! I'm doing my bath in a pink, white and black Paris theme! Big Surprise right? NOT!!
They look so pretty, Sissie!
I think you made the right decision.
