Get Your Bling On.....It's Silver Sunday!

Can you believe it's time for our 2nd Silver Sunday!  This month is flying by, so let's all take a little time to breathe in........ahh........breathe out...............whew...............and start reading all the wonderful Silver Sunday posts hosted by the gypsy fish.

Silver Mirror that sits on the back of my garden tub.  I love the way
it sparkles when sunlight filters through the shutters....

This large ottoman sits in front of my tub
with some silver goodies....

Cloches and Silver Mercury Glass....

Another Silver Mirror...I cannot, repeat, cannot
help myself.... when it comes to Silver Mirrors
This one is in my diningroom...

This is a photo of my Mom and Dad taken in
the 1940's.  He gave her the silver compact
with the little sailor as a gift.
He was coming home right after the
bombing of Pearl Harbour
and brought her this little token of love.

Thanks for coming by to visit today, now jump on over
to Gypsy Fish and take a look at all the
gorgeous Silver Sunday blogs waiting for
your comments.

~~hugs~~

Happy Silver Sunday Sissie Sweetie...
(Say that ten times fast can you?)
I love your shares today. The mirrors are so beautiful. The one in your bathroom is just gorgeous, and the one in the hallway is one of my favs. I love the etchings and details in it. So very pretty you find yourself standing and staring for sure. It has so many little pieces to it. I have never seen one quite like this.

Thank you for sharing as always. I so love it when you do. It just makes my heart "sparkle" to stop by and visit with you.

Did you get out thrifting this weekend? I am inside sick I am afraid. I had to go to the Dr. yesterday. I have a sinus infection that has turned into bronchitis, and has my lungs a little rattly according to the Dr. Yesterday I had over 101. degree temp. I think today it may have come down a little. Still very tired.

Take care sweetie. Country hugs and much love, Sherry

They say God is in the details. Honey, He is ALL OVER YOUR HOME! Every vignette is well composed! Every item so pretty!

Tell me the truth, do you have someone help you clean house weekly or bi-weekly? Who would you trust to dust all your pretties????

Beautiful silver items. I love the compact that your Dad gave your Mom, complete with wonderful memories.
I love your mirrors too. I have a collection of vintage, frameless mirrors. I can't seem to stop buying them even though I'm running out of places to hang them.
