A Few Projects to Show You.

Hi Bloggerettes!  What's happening in your neck of the woods?  Down here on the beautiful coast of NC we are hoping for sunshine and warm weather.  It is getting close to the golf and vacationing season and all of us at Miss Minnie's are fixing up our booths and hoping for Spring!

I've been busy making a few things that I want to show you and see what you think.

This sweet vintage, crocheted collar I purchased from Miss Minnie's own, "antique and vintage linen lady!"  I had to embellish it a little by adding two rosettes and a vintage pin.  I'm gonna put it in my etsy shop.  Which by the way, has yet to make its first sell.
(boo hoo!)  But, I'll keep trying.
This next item I might have shown to you before but it's worth repeating.  This vintage slip is made of a taffeta fabric and is the softest peachy/pink.  I added the matching ribbon to give it some Ooo-la-la.  It will be in my etsy shop too.
Another dyed vintage slip with a sweet pink rosette...

I made the burlap wreath, inspired by Linda writer of Craftaholic
Anonomous, and Amy writer of All Things Home.
These two ladies are so talented, so be sure and go visit them.

I used mine like this too....

This picture was taken in my booth of a little brown chair painted white and of course, I had to add a fleur-de-lis thingee.
I am having so much fun with  these rub ons.

Ok, I'm done.  I better save some for the next post.
Oh, how I love yall!

~~hugs~~

I love everything in all of your photos. Be patient with Etsy, it takes time. I've been on since October and have only 9 sales. Sigh! It's like anything else, if you build it, they will come! LOL!

Hey Sissie....It's all so pretty and vintage. I have an ETSY Shop...it's EMPTY right now, but am getting ready to re-open. I think timing is pretty important for sales...it's that way in retail as well. Hang in there and have fun with your shop....your things are really pretty and classic. Sure do like the Filet Crochet Collar. I'm going to see your shop...right now....Sue

Good Morning Sissie Sweetie...
I so adore this post. What beauties you have made here again. I just don't know how you do it. You have the bling for decorating let me tell you. I love this collar with the flowerettes and the bling. So beautiful.

I made one of those burlap wreaths too. So cute and simple. Yours looks so elegant in both ways, but isn't that the cutest on the back of the chair. Gives an element of surprise to the dining room area. I just love it.

You are so creative and I just cannot imagine how anyone could walk into your beautiful booth and not walk away with many things. You and those fleur-de-lis are just beautiful. You could do some serious happiness in Paris let me tell you.

Have a beautiful day sweetie. I so adore your work. It is breathtaking for sure. Over the top GORGEOUS. Country hugs sweetie and so much love. XOXOXOXOXO Sherry

Sissie, everything is luscious and I just checked out your Etsy store — divine! My house is all seashells and roses and honey, if it weren't for the economy I would claim that runner and pillow as mine!

Hang in there, it will happen. I have a Zazzle store and can tell you that the majority of my sales now are from other countries. For some reason Australians love my stuff. But when I first opened my store I was nervous just like you. When I made my first sale you would've thought it was Christmas morning! Now I'm surprised when I don't sell something one day, the same will happen for you.

I've heard that Etsy sales are down, but I'm open one after I get settled in Georgia, so I'm sure I'll be coming to you for advice by then!

Coming to your blog is such a romantic walk. I didn't know you had a booth. I have had many in my lifetime and loved every minute of it. I have a glass show case in a antique mall and I sell vintage childrens items, dolls, gnomes, books, fairies, you name it...I love it if it has a old childrens theme. I'll send pixie dust your way for good fortune in your etsy shop! Smiles to you my Queen.
