Wonderful Finds!

Hi Bloggerettes!  Fasten your seatbelts bloggeroos, it's gonna be a very bumpy ride.  Or, should I say a long post full of all of my good finds, plus some other stuff!

I've had my eye on this cute wooden bench for awhile now.  It was in another booth near mine.  I finally brought it home and set it on the front porch.  The galvanized tin was also a find. I added some left over house numbers.  All I gotta do now is put some flowers in the tin.

I was also on a mission to put some flowers in my porch urns and couldn't decide what kind.  I think the hydrangea plants looks pretty good!

When I saw this glass dispenser jug shaped like a beehive, I had to have it....you know that feeling, don't you?
Can't you just see it full of icy lemonade.

Found this signed print of a picket fence.  I think I'll put it in a vintage frame painted white and shabbied.

Look at this sweet little porcelain lady found at GW's

I also had to have this lovely wrought iron wreath hanger stand!

Okay, I know you are tired now so I'll let you take a breather.
I'm excited to go over and check out some of your blogs
so I'm outta here!

Oh, one more thing before I go.....today's my
36th Wedding Anniversary.  Mr. Sissie surprised me with roses
and made me a wonderful dinner.  Ain't he sweet.

~~hugs~~

Be sure and stop by and see the other great posts and say hello to Linda, our lovely hostess!

Happy Anniversary!!

Love everything, especially the tin flowerbox-- that's a great idea to add your house numbers to it! Hmmm, might have to copy that one... ;)

Hydrangeas are one of my most favorite flowers- I didn't know they could grow in a container! You see, not much grows at all if its around me-- but I'm learning! Tulips are my other favorite, and at least they're easy to grow.

All lovely finds, but I must admit, I've never heard of tabletop wreath stand. I love the idea though and will be keeping my eye out for one. I know I have at least a few of those grapevine wreaths around and, of course, they have shells on them too!

First of all, Happy Belated Anniversary! 36 years! You both deserve medals!

Adored your finds, Sissie. Putting the house numbers on the galvanized tin box was genius! You could start a trend. And I've never seen a wreath stand made of anything, much less wrought iron! I love it!

Happy Anniversary Sweet Sissie & the Mister! 36 years is a huge thing! What a sweetie to buy you those gorgeous roses & take you to dinner. Good to know there is still romance after that time. Know, lets talk about your finds. Love them all! The bucket with the numbers on the bench is such a cute idea. Love it, may very possibly steal it for my own! That terrarium thing next to the wreath stand is killing me! Where did you get that? I love it! You have a sweet Tuesday my cute friend! Lisa

Happy Anniversary. My own is coming up in August #30 and I haven't killed him yet. You know what I mean. I wanted to make sure to stop over to say thank you for your kind words about my new shop. I want you to know that the name came from you, in part. You wrote about thriftiques and I liked the name. Do I have to pay you a royalty? I know it will be hard work and I can't wait. Thanks for your support.
