Do I have a Mirror Obsession?????

Hi Bloggerettes, what's cookin?
Did I ever tell yall how much I love mirrors?  I probably did already but gosh, I just wanna tell you again.
Wonder what is wrong with someone who loves mirrors???  I'm sure the psych people have a term for it or Sigmund Freud felt there was some sinister repressed hostility because your Mother used to beat you over the head with a Dr. Spock book!
Mirror, Mirror on the wall, whose the fairest of them all.....why, it's
Sissie!!!
"You're so vain....you probably think this blog is about you...."

You know, I'm soundin a little bit goofey today......must be that
MacDonald's Iced Vanilla Coffee....(I wonder what they put
in that stuff!!)
Okay, you guessed it.
I'm having trouble coming up with something to blog about
and this is the best I can do.
I hope yall still love me.

~~hugs~~

PS...
I happen to know that there is one blogger by the name of Stephanie at Angelic Accents
that has big time love for mirrors too.  So check out
her blog and you will see what I mean.

I'm starting to get a bit..umm..what did you say it was "obsessed"..with mirrors. Whenever I'm yard saling, that is the first thing I run too these days,,a mirror..than when I bring it home, I am trying to figure out where to put it,lol

Sissie, I so enjoy your posts! They're fun and full of personality; yours! Your beautiful mirrors remind me of Stephanie's at Angelic Accents. Are you two related by any chance? She collects them too. The mirrored tray with the little pink teacup on it is just precious! I love mirrors myself because they reflect light and just add a little finesse to a room. Thanks for sharing yours. When you get a free moment stop by and read my Love Story, but pour yourself a cup of tea or coffee first. Hope you're having a lovely week.

Blessings,
Sandi

You have some beautiful mirrors, Sissie! I don't blame you for loving them! I love the bunny on your dresser, too.

Don't worry if someone tells you, you are vain because you have too many mirrors, just tell them it brings in light and you are fulfilling your vitamin D requirement. That should quiet them. I love mirrors too, so I just love yours, they are so you. As for the not thinking of what to blog thing, yeah I think we all go through that.

Sissie I am so with you on the mirror thing. I always say it is not for my reflection that I love mirrors but for the light and life they bring to a room. (please feel free to use that if you wish). Seriously I even put mirrors in my yard. I have 3 in my backyard and one on my front porch. You can see the new one I just bought on my porch post today. A girl has to have a mirror!! Fun post, Kathysue

Add me to the list of mirror loving bloggers. I have a collection of vintage, frameless mirrors that hang in my guest bath and I love them. Even though I ran out of room I continue to buy them when I see them for a good price. I also have 12 vintage hand mirrors that I plan on hanging too.
Your mirrors are gorgeous!

However, I was dying to come here and get my "Sissie fix" as I've just been soooo crazy busy lately! I was DETERMINED to sit here and catch up with you!!!!

So as I was catching up (and making sure that you didn't have fun while I was gone) I see that you went flea spying...those booths are great! Thank you for taking me along...I love to see vignettes and get some great ideas!!! (though my ideas rarely become real! haha)

PLUS...you've received some WONDERFUL gifts girl!!! Lulu and Dorthe are so sweet...lucky you!

And as for those gorgeous burlap pillows...well, if I could spit out that kind of beauty girl, I would have NO shame in showing them off too! They are fabulous!

aaaahhhh, my "Sissie fix" feels great! I feel so much better! I guess you could compare it to your iced vanilla coffee! hahahaha

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the funniest blogger of them all? She likes ruffles, burlap, lots of pink, sometimes there are melted goobers in her seat. She buys it shabby, from England & France, & if she's really excited she'll wet her pants! Okay, my secrets out. I drink all day! LOL That's for you Sissie! Happy Mother's Day! Lisa

Sweet Sissie, your humor makes for the best visits to your place. Girl..you are hilarious!

Oh and BTW..my name is Terri and I'm a Mirror-Holic too. Have way too many to even count throughout my home. And I know for sure it's not because I go to each one admiring myself every day..I think mirrors open up my spaces. They offer shiny spots of reflection where there might have otherwise been none.

Hey, I think maybe this mirror-addiction might be hereditary..my sister and brother suffer from the same affliction. Ha ha

Isn't it nice that we're not alone? *smiling brightly*

Enjoyed so much visiting you today!
Blessings & Joy, Terri
