Pink Prettiness worth Blogging About!

Hi Bloggerettes!  Happy Pink Saturday!  Be sure and visit Beverly at How Sweet The Sound for some pinkilicious goodness.

There is nothing prettier than vintage linens.  And when the vintage linens are pink, then that's worth blogging about!
And when pink vintage linens have monograms, then that's worth blogging about too!

And when a dear, sweet friend sends you beautiful linens just because.....then that's worth telling the whole world about!

I received these from a very special blogging buddy (that prefers to remain anonymous).  Just look how beautiful these highlighted pieces are.  Look at the lucious pink embroidery and crocheted lace.  Thank you for thinking of me.

Pink Saturday is the perfect time to remember that
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

~~hugs~~

I wish I had your knack for display, Sissie! Hey, I always hesitate to put vintage linens out for display because if they get dusty and need laundering, I'm not sure how to do it. Any tips??

They are beautiful, Sissie! I especially love the two smaller pieces with the pink crochet end and the embroidery. What a nice bloggy friend, too.

Beautiful linens. Linens with tatted or crocheted edgings just awe me. And they break my heart a little when I see them lying in a consignment shop or at a flea market. The loving care and time that went into making it is a treasure . . . how these get out of families, I'll just never know. Thanks for sharing these.

Seriously yummy! I need to dig out my few vintage linens again. I think I might even have a few with pinks in 'em. :)

G'morn sweet Sissie ~
Oh, how I love vintage linens & so miss my linen shop most of all the shops we had! These are awesome pieces. I, too, favor the monogrammed ones ... such time was put in to each elegant stitch by these talented ladies of yore.

We finally finished both house constructions & took off for 2 weeks. I apologize not having been with you lately, but will be better now.

Hope all is well with you ...

Happy Pink Saturday! Just a new blogger stopping by to meet new friends. Such a pretty post. Great photos. My daughter and I just left a church rummage sale and there were so many neglected vintage linens! We did score some fun stuff though. Take care!

Good morning dear Sissie, I was so glad to hear from you after our moving. We had a lot of trouble getting on the internet again beacause of a new provider and it still isn;tworking properly. Yesterday I couldn't comment on any blog so I am a bit late today.
I love that beautiful linen you got from a friend. What a special gift but you deserve it of course.
Have a great Sunday.

OH Sweet Sissie Girl,
Those pink trimmed lines are lovely. What a true friend to send something for the simple reason of giving. Not me. If I send you something I want every word of it linked back to my blog. Font size 60, Bold. LOL Just kidding. I love that she remained anonomous tho. I hope your having a great weekend girl. I did a garage sale Saturday. I swear, never again! Lisa
