Booth Update

Not much to write about over here at the Shabby Cottage.  Just like everyone else I've been enjoying the spring weather and working in the yard.  In the meantime I've been busy with the booth and getting ready for the influx of beach vacationers.

So, I'll show you a few new things that are in my booth.

Nothing is yummier than shabby shutters and I painted and sanded these into shabbiliousness.

The primitive farmhouse cabinet got a makeover with some chalk paint and some dry brushing and sanding.  I'm calling this color "driftwood."  This piece would be perfect in a beach house.

This stunning black dress has a french label and the charming sparkling rhinestone buttons had me grabbing it up and heading to the cash register.
Not to mention the gorgeous black net crinoline.

This beautiful oranate mirror was hard to let go.  When you are in this business you always want to keep everything but you know you can't.  It didn't last long in my booth and went to its new home yestereday.

Well that's it for now.  Remember to get out there and make it a good week.  Create, make, sew, write, paint, photograph, craft something or find a treasure, tranform it and show it to us!

                                        ~~hugs~~
                                          Sissie
